Homöopathische Arzneimittelprüfungen

Ein spezifisches homöopathisches Arzneimittelbild von Galphimia glauca war bisher mangels Arzneimittelprüfung nicht vorhanden, auch aus den wenigen veröffentlichten Falldarstellungen

konnte keine klar umrissene Symptomatik gewonnen werden. David Riley (USA) hat eine Arzneimittelprüfung zu Galphimia glauca durchgeführt.

Arzneimittelprüfung am Kranken:

Herz berichtet über Nebenwirkungen" im Rahmen der oben genannten Anwendungsstudie, im homöopathischen Sinne eine Arzneimittelprüfung

am Kranken, wie sie ja auch von Hahnemann regelmäßig durchgeführt wurde. Geheilt wurden Obstipation, vegetatives Schwitzen und eine Interdigitalmykose, der im Nordseeurlaub übliche

Herpes labialis blieb aus. Neu traten ein trockener Mund, Magenbeschwerden direkt nach der Einnahme und pektanginöse Beschwerden auf.

Urtica used by a group of German doctors from 1964 to 1966, using the 3x, 4x, 6x and 12x for nasal allergic infections. It is used in allergic rhinitis, grippal states with rhinopharyngial congestion, etc. There was no Hahnemannian proving for long time after the drug was introduced. Recently there was a publication of a materia medica including the Hahnemannian proving of this drug.

The proving was conducted by Dr. David Riley in association with Dr. Willmar Schwabe Group, Germany. The drug was proved in 12CH with 16 female and 6 male provers. It was a placebo controlled pathogenetic trial to establish its curative efficacy in homoeopathic doses. There were many key nasal allergic symptoms like dryness and itching of the mucous membranes, burning discharges from eyes and nose, sneezing, swelling of the eyelids, eruptions and ulcerations of the tongue and cheeks, abdominal distension or sensation of fullness with epigastric discomfort, sensation of being too warm and in general symptoms increased with the sensation of being warm, have been observered. A complete materia medica combining this new as well as other materia medica(s) and repertories are given below.

Mind: Irritability. No anxiety when speaking in front of people. Dreams that are vivid, anxious, or of dead relatives. Feeling lonely and unfortunate. Irritable toward family. Calm and relaxed. Weeping without cause.

Vertigo. Seasickness. Vertigo on rising or sitting.
