Proteales = Pflanzen.
The Proteales almost unknown in
Homeopathic literature. It seems that there is a conflict between water (Kapha)
and fire (Pitta) when people need these remedies. Fire burns and
stokes strong emotion, then water
evaporates and all emotional softness dries up with it! The remedial effect
required, from an Ayurvedic point of view is to subdue this fire.
Many of the Protales thrive in mud,
which like Kapha is heavy, slow and cool - just the thing to dampen firey
emotions.
Also, the analogy of mud or mire
implies being trapped whilst suffering deep and disturbing emotions. This group
remedies allows purity to shine through this 'mire' of seemingly
intractable problems as a basis for
spiritual and emotional regeneration.
