Common in Ferrum + Osmium + Plutonium.

Movement of some kind/characterised by energy/heat/excitation/anxiety.

           Restless weakness/impatience/oppression

Blood - preciousness, sexually flaunting but cannot sustain - survival of the species

Problems with self identity, feeling small and the need to assert - confusion - dominating and threatening or die and be buried.

Ferrum has a powerful influence on the blood/causes anaemia (weakness/sense of depletion). This weakness mingles with excitation/irritability/moroseness/sadness.

This ends in general anxiety. It needs to hold on and keep all the excitation together else they will be lost, i.e. become depleted. This is where the ‘capacious’

(= aufnahmefähig) level of Ferrum comes into play - expanding with the excitation and depletion with the moroseness and sadness.

Leading rubrics would be:

Delusion, surroundings seemed large/capacious.
Excitation after menses/morose after menses

Oversensitive.
Irritable from noise (crackling of newspaper) drives to despair. (Asar/Kali-ars).

Lots of ‘Anxiety’ and ‘Fear’ rubrics/Lots of ‘Restless’ rubrics.
Obstinate.
Confusion of mind, >>> motion
Moods: ‘Haughty’ # ‘Indifference’/‘Morose’ # ‘Laughing immo.ately’/‘sadness when alone’ # ‘averse to company’/tranquility’ # ‘excitabality

Thinking of blood that is always on the move, Ferrum is always flushed and yet cold. Ferrum needs movement (> slow). Pallor as if there is no blood at all # flushing. Haemorrhagic of all kind.

The pulse if full yet soft. Ingestion of food usually stirs up the blood and provides heat and Ferrum will have problems with digesting, iron is present in many foods.

Limbs cold, head and face hot. Toothache >>> for icy cold water. Ferrum is a real mixture of heat and cold, energy and depletion.

Osm-met: reckless/driven mainly by impatience, but cannot sustain effort, they quit.

Osm-met: precious, lustrous and brittle, gives up easily/impatient and morose, frequent erections, thoughts of accidents.

Plut-met. suppressed and explosive energy, feels heavy, disintegration, feels threatened, multiple personalities (Plat), shape shifting, sexually aggressive or obligated.

Plut-n. suppressed and buried, sexually aggressive or servile, threat to humanity, threatened relationships.

These groups will disperse into other groups of minerals:

Osmium which is part of the platinum precious metals group which include:

Plat-met. (group 10): excessive sexual desire fused with contempt.

Irid-met (group 9): very heavy but gets carried away by rainbows, romantic, iridescent.

Pall-met (group 10): egotistical/in love with self, impotence, soft and ductile, used in watch springs.

Common: Movement of some kind/characterised by Energy/heat/excitation/anxiety.

Ferrum: this energy is volatile/restless/driven by anxiety and sensitivity until depletion takes over.

Osm-met: It becomes heavier/we have the uncontrolled and reckless energy of Osm-met refractory but lazy

Plut-met: heavier still/either suppressed and threatening or explosive and disintegrating.

The ‘sexual energy’ theme in this group of remedies is identifiable via polarity of energy versus depletion. It becomes a thing of survival and endurance signified

by the struggle to continually exist – the survival of the species:

Compare: Osmium: reckless with Plut-met. a deep and pressing constraint that requires enormous effort to clear.

Ferr-met. and Osm-met: need for perseverance in the effort required. Ferrum cannot sustain this due to depletion/weakness and Osmium cannot due to impatience.

Plut-met: fatigue can be paralysing and by shape shifting or a change of identity the individual is able to ‘cheat’ this threat of paralysis.

Plut-n.: has the characteristics of Nitricum, A. Sense of abundance and expansion links in with the capaciousness of Ferrum. Nitricum needs space else it will explode

and explosion is the main thema in Plut-met./this creates a twofold terror.

Plut-n. with Plut-met have again suppression, threat and endangerment of survival of the species and this threat is either faced with aggression or servility. Depression,

fear and panic is observed. Confusion of identities. Accidents feature again (dreams). Relationships threatened. Nitricum aspect cannot be contained in a small space

follows terrible fears + by a need to escape. Physically: congestion/swelling/bronchitis/asthma/allergies/ailments of the spinal column/chronic fatigue syndrome, headaches

("As if the head will explode", acute illnesses turned into a sub chronic state: tonsillitis/nausea/diarrhoea“.

Related themes are energy/expansion/accidents/exhaustion

DD.: Fe: blood supply for life and energy.

Os is reckless with that energy, is ambitious but cannot sustain

Pt has so much gravity and oppression one either disintegrates, becomes dead and buried or survives through aggression.
