Silica vs Sanicula Children

Never think of Silicea without considering the possibility of Sanicula. The physical symptoms are almost identical. The Sanicula child is more irritable, more unstable mentally Attacks of laughter and tears follow each other more readily. He is more obstinate.

[Bruno Vonarburg]

Fontanellen schließen sich langsam, späte Zahnung, verzögertes Laufen und Sprechen. Sie sind extrem auf die Mutter fixiert (ständig auf dem Schoß der Mutter);

[David Lilley]

Sand can wear away rock, and sand children know this. Despite their shyness and timidity they possess a determination to get what they want.

The Silicea child can nag continuously. Once they have made up their minds they will persist until their demands are met, wearing down their parent’s resistance with pleas

and beseeching. If denied, there is great anger with floods of tears, and then a stubborn sulkiness, which does not easily yield to parental supplication or reasoning.

Calc. is stubborn in its fears, Sil. stubborn in its sulks and its tears.

Myg. = Sil-ähnlich; Mager/skrofulös/rachitisch/fröstelt/Muttermilch = unverträglich, Entwicklung langsam/erstarrt, fühlt sich geliebt, gibt eigene Meinung nicht auf/dünne Haaren/intelligent, Halsstarrig/dickköpfig/weint wenn freundlich angesprochen. Alpträume; Nachtwandeln.

Schwache Knöchel, langsames Gehen lernen usw.

Sensitive, delicate, well-behaved, refined with fits of obstinacy. Sometimes because of fixed opinions. Timid, answers only to the mother.

Irritable when don't feel well. Anxiety from noise.

Thin body with big head and enlarged Bauch.

SLOW DEVELOPMENT. Slow learning to stand up, walk and talk.

Aversion to and < mothers' milk. BAD ASSIMILATION, defective nutrition.

                  Open fontanelles (Calc/Calc-p).

Kinder, die trotz genügend Essen nicht gedeihen. Mal-Assimilation.

Stillstand von Muskel-, Knochenwachstum. Beine und Arme schlaff, zart und abgemagert.

Auffälliger Blähbauch (Calc.). Großer Kopf, Fontanellen bleiben lange offen.

Kind lernt langsam gehen. Rachitis, Skoliose.

The Inner Child

He will  never  become a self-reliant  individual  while the meek and mild child within him needs so much reassurance and support.  His reluctance to leave the past  behind him is illustrated by the homesickness, < when  alone, and  the desire to  surrender himself to another person's control.

'Company desires it, while < alone

'Homesickness'

'Magnetized, desires to be':

'Mildness':

Frustration

The conflict aroused by the desire for independence and the need for protection  infuriates him; he takes his frustration  out on other people with his irritability,

intolerance of contradiction,  stubbornness and aversion to consolation. He then guiltily regrets his behaviour.

'Anxiety of conscience

'< Consolation

'Contradiction, is intolerant of:

Irritability in children

'Obstinate':

Hypersensitivity

His nerves are in a state of hypersensitivity.  He jumps at  the slightest noise,  gets ill with fright,  and his internalised anger comes out in the symbolic fear of pins.

'Delusions, about pins

'Fear of pins

'Fright from complaints

'Frightened easily'

'Sensitive to slightest noise (Barthel).

(Calc. "Erbrechen in sauren Klumpen“)
