"Selbstliebe und Selbsthingabe“.
Den italienischen Homöopathen Massimo Mangialavori kann man mit Fug und Recht als meisterhaften Kenner der homöopathischen Materia medica bezeichnen.
Selbst wenn man bereits einige Bücher von ihm gelesen hat, ist es immer wieder erstaunlich, wie es ihm gelingt, die Charakteristika bestimmter -oft auch bisher wenig beachteter- Mittelgruppen ebenso wie die Differenzierung der einzelnen Arzneien so präzise herauszuarbeiten, dass eine erfolgreiche Verschreibung in der Praxis tatsächlich möglich ist. Dies wird auch im vorliegenden Buch „Insekten und Parasiten in der Homöopathie“ durch zahlreiche Fallbeschreibungen eindrucksvoll dokumentiert, in denen sich dem Leser -wie auch in Mangialavoris anderen Werken- menschliche Abgründe in ungeahnter Tiefe und Fülle offenbaren.
Dem Reich der Insekten und Parasiten scheint in dieser Hinsicht ein ganz besonderes Potenzial innezuwohnen.
Mangialavori präsentiert drei Gruppen dieser Lebewesen: Parasiten, nicht-parasitierende Insekten und Spinnentiere.
Die Gegenüberstellung von zwei Gruppen von Lebewesen (Insekten – Säugetiere), die unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten, macht dabei den besonderen Reiz dieses
Werkes aus.
Bei den Insekten bzw. bei den Patienten, die ein solches Mittel benötigen, offenbart sich eine außerordentliche Ichbezogenheit und Erfolgsorientierung, bei der die
Person quasi „über Leichen geht“, wenn es um die Verfolgung ihrer eigenen Ziele und Interessen geht. Dies erscheint uns Menschen als Paradoxon, da Insekten für
uns eher der Inbegriff von uniformen Wesen sind, die sich in kürzester Zeit massenhaft vermehren und oftmals als Kollektiv auftreten, in dem das Individuum
anscheinend keine Rolle spielt (Ameise, Biene, aber auch Floh, Wanze etc.). Einzig bei den Vertretern der Spinnen erscheint ein solches Kernthema auf Anhieb
schlüssig.
Aufgrund dieses egozentrischen Wesens ist die Fähigkeit zum Aufbau emotionaler Bindungen und reifer Beziehungen -wenn überhaupt- meist nur schwach ausgeprägt.
Ganz im Gegensatz zu den Insekten stehen die Säugetiere, hier vertreten durch die Gruppe der Milchmittel. Bei diesen dreht sich alles um das Elternhaus und die Familie
und in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere um das Thema Verlust und Verlassen. Lac caninum ist das zentrale Milchmittel der Materia medica. Die anderen Milchmittel weisen viele Gemeinsamkeiten mit Lac caninum auf, sind aber gleichzeitig eigenständige Arzneientitäten, die von Mangialavori klar differenziert werden.
Wenn man denn unbedingt einen Wermutstropfen an der ganzen Geschichte finden möchte, so wäre als einziger Kritikpunkt zu nennen, dass im eigentlichen Buchtitel kein Hinweis auf die Milchmittel zu finden ist, sondern nur im Untertitel. Dadurch läuft ein/e Homöopath/in auf der Suche nach Informationen über diese Mittelgruppe Gefahr, dieses bemerkenswerte Werk zu übersehen."
